What are the ingredients?
CORE pouches contain Caffeine for smooth sustained energy, L-Theanine for calm focus and attentiveness, and Electrolytes for hydration and cognitive support. No nicotine. No tobacco. No artificial junk.
Does CORE contain nicotine?

How does it work?
How do I use CORE?
Place 1-2 pouches between your lip and gum. You will feel a light tingle as they activate. Keep them in for 30-60 minutes. Focus kicks in within 5-10 minutes and lasts 1-2 hours.
How many pouches per day?
We recommend 2-4 pouches per day. Use when you need to lock in — morning focus, midday slump, pre-workout, or deep work sessions. Do not exceed 4 pouches per day.
Will CORE affect my sleep?
CORE is formulated to support energy and focus without disrupting sleep when used as directed. Avoid use within 4-5 hours of bedtime.
Will it affect my gums?
CORE pouches are made with premium non-irritating materials designed for comfortable everyday use.

All orders ship from Southern California.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Managing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Contact us at hello@getcorepouch.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied contact us at hello@getcorepouch.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at hello@getcorepouch.com with a photo of the damage and your order number and we will send a replacement immediately.

Can I cancel my subscription?
